It's been a while since I've been gone. I'm thankful you guys haven't kicked me from the clan :D For those of you whom I've played online (sorta kinda-ish), you know what I've been going through. For those who don't:
A few months ago my girlfriend moved in with me. It was VERY short notice. She had a really nasty fight with her mother and decided she had had enough. She called me one night and said to pick her up from her place - then hung up. Called about a few mins later and said she was moving in with me. I guess you could say I had no choice.
Anyway, my life pretty much changed completely that night. Things were rough for a while. I'm still getting used to living with her. I don't get to eat the stuff I want to eat. I can't drink things I want to drink. I've lost ALL control over my bed. She's a bed+sheet hog. The worst part of it is she's constantly on my damn computer!!!! I've had to resort to getting on late at night. Sometimes I can't even do that!
Even when she sleeps I can't get much play time in. She says the light from the monitor and the clicking and typing keep her awake. I live in a studio, and the only place I have to put my computer is next to the bed. I've tried giving her earplugs and one of those sleeping masks. Seems to be working so far.
I would like to apologize to everyone for not keeping in touch. Things are getting a little better here. I haven't played AA since forever. Crack Wars... errr... Guild Wars is so addictive. Who told me to try GW anyway. I don't know if I should curse you or thank you :P Anyway, as for AA, I'll see if I can fire it up again. What version are we at now? Ver 2.7 still?
Hopefully it'll be like before. Trying to find/buy a bigger place for me and my girl. I need a separate computer room... ehehehe.
