My Cell Phone is Crapping out

It's sad but true, from time to time the party on the other end can not hear me. So I need to replace it. I've been thinking about this and I have decided what I would really like is a phone with a volt ohm meter built in. It would be so nice because I always have my cell phone and need my meteor almost as much. It would be convenient if I had them both in the same machine, and a flashlight wouldn't hurt things either.
